Services
Elite Lux Service provides luxury ground transportation in San Diego County and surrounding areas. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and driver confirmation.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Elite Lux Service, operated by MjM Managements Group, LLC (customer care text messaging).
How you opt in: You opt in to text messages only by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our online booking form at https://www.eliteluxservice.com/book-now/. The box is unchecked by default and is never required to book.
Message types: quote and booking links, booking confirmations, and status updates about your booking. These are transactional customer care messages only; we do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help: Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help. To re-enroll, check the SMS consent box on our booking form again.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may book our services without consenting to text messages, including by calling us at (858) 333-3773. Mobile information and phone numbers collected for SMS will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation. Cancellation policies vary by service type. Contact us at (858) 333-3773 for details.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. Flat-rate pricing is provided at booking confirmation; no surge fees apply.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Lux Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
