By using Elite Lux Service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
Elite Lux Service provides luxury ground transportation in San Diego County and surrounding areas. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and driver confirmation.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
You opt in to SMS only by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on the booking form. The box is unchecked by default and is never required to book. Messages include booking confirmations, ride status updates, driver information, and quote responses.
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Msg & data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any SMS message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, check the SMS consent box on our booking form again.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may book our services without consenting to SMS communications by calling us directly at (858) 333-3773. Mobile information and phone numbers collected for SMS will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation. Cancellation policies vary by service type. Contact us at (858) 333-3773 for details.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. Flat-rate pricing is provided at booking confirmation; no surge fees apply.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Lux Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
