SMS / Text Messaging Program — Elite Lux Service
Elite Lux Service, operated by MjM Managements Group, LLC, offers a customer care SMS program. We send text messages about your ride requests, quotes, bookings, and status updates. This program is customer care only — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How to opt in
Check the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our booking form. The box is unchecked by default and is never required to book. SMS opt-in is collected through this booking-form checkbox only. Providing a phone number, calling Elite Lux Service, or requesting a quote does not by itself enroll you in SMS.
The consent text shown beside the checkbox is: “I agree to receive text messages from Elite Lux Service about my booking, status, and updates at the phone number I provide. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.” Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt out / Help
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to stop messages. Reply HELP or INFO for help, email info@eliteluxservice.com, call Elite Lux Service at (858) 333-3773, or visit eliteluxservice.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent) will NOT be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
