SMS / Text Messaging Program — Elite Lux Service
Elite Lux Service offers a customer care SMS program. We send text messages about your ride requests, quotes, bookings, reminders, driver updates, and support. This program is customer care only — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How to opt in
Check the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our booking form. The box is unchecked by default and is never required to book. SMS opt-in is collected through this booking-form checkbox only. Providing a phone number, calling Elite Lux Service, or requesting a quote does not by itself enroll you in SMS.
By opting in you agree to receive customer care text messages from Elite Lux Service. Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt out / Help
